LEILA <-> ALIA
The iReceipt company making real-time accounting easily possible
LEILA is a new generation of application that is completely intuitive and fully integrated, for the very first time providing genuine real-time accounting capability through the ascendency of the unique and powerful ALIA protocol.
ALIA is a new internet protocol that allows for the receipt of a card or contactless payment to be digitally sent to LEILA, a smartphone application available on both iOS and Android. LEILA then automatically makes the accounting entry into the correct account or assigns it to the appropriate company or private account.
The iReceipt issued by all point of sales LeilAlia compatible is following the International Standard Organization for Standardization (ISO) norm ISO 13008:2022.

Still touching receipts?
PROBLEM
- Credit/debit transactions conducted electronically, often contactless, still result in a paper or email receipt.
- The most expensive and time consuming operations in reconciliation accounting is the collection and data entry from those paper and email receipts.
- As a result, most people simply don’t bother reconciling their accounts, leaving them vulnerable to loss from overcharging scams, fraudulent payments and digital theft.
DILEMMA
Paper and email receipts create overwhelming data entry issues for account monitoring, management and reconciliation.
Solutions?
- Expensive (and often unreliable) to outsource.
- Too fiddly and time consuming to do personally.
Consequences?
- Inability to verify with ease.
- Most people never properly check their spending.
- Full and regular accounts reconciliations are too much bother.
- Poor money management.
- Late awareness of fraud or misuse.
The Limitations of Email Receipt
- Difficult to regroup
- Need complex scan with OCR recognition or manual entry.
- Easily tampered.
Solution: ALIA Protocol
- Creation of Accounting Domains Server
- Use of XML language subset
- Security of the match between payment and receipt
- App to guide the transaction, annotate it and account assignation.
- Accounting Plan or Chart of Accounts setting the imputation by:
- Supplier type
- Bill type
- Expense type
ALIA Conceptualization Rules
- Each Accounting Domains Server has a Fix Internet Protocol Address aliased as a phone number.
- Two options:
- All accounts of the user (Professional and Private) are linked to the Fix Internet Protocol Address and in this case the LEILApp makes the separation manually by asking the User
- One account of the user is linked to the Fix Internet Protocol Address and in this case the LEILApp makes the pre-imputation automatically and the final imputation by asking the User.
Solution: ALIA Protocol
- Complexity removed by XML based ALIA protocol.
- Instant record making and reporting based on phone number/app attribution.
- Automated reconciliation based on previously impractical/impossible detail.
- Digital reliability; excludes propensity of human error.
- Fraud prevention/intervention possible in real-time.
- Money management with ease on an unprecedented level.
- Financial peace of mind in an age of identity theft and ubiquitous scammers.
